Provided through a variety of vendors, depending on which medical insurance carrier you choose
For your convenience and peace of mind, all of the Alera Group medical plan options include Virtual Care Services. Virtual care allows you to talk to a doctor, therapist, or medical expert anywhere you are by phone or video. You can get immediate access to doctors for urgent care or schedule an appointment. Virtual care cannot replace in-person care for serious health issues.
