Medical Coverage

Find participating providers, view plan details, manage your claims, and access your electronic ID card. The UMR plans use the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network.

To confirm your provider is in the UMR/UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network:

• Select Find a Provider below.
  • Select View Providers.
  • In the new tab that opens, ensure your location is correct (in light blue under “what type of Medical Care can we help you find near:”…).
  • Using the search bar, or the options shown in the blue circles below that, search for in-network facilities and providers.
• After you are a UMR/UHC plan member, you can log in to your account or use the app to search for in-network providers.
