Medical Plan Coverage

Find participating providers, view plan details, manage your claims, and access your electronic ID card. (The full administrator’s name is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, but the plan/network is available nationally.)

To confirm your provider is in the BCBS network:

• Select Find a Provider below.
  • At the top right of the screen, enter your location.
  • Under the Plans drop down (top right of the screen), make sure Participating Provider Organization (PPO) is selected.
  • In the search bar, enter the provider name and/or specialty.
• After you are a BCBS plan member, you can log in to your account to search for in-network providers.
• You may also call the dedicated Health Advocate line at 855-609-5687 for assistance in finding in-network providers.
