When searching for providers: the DHMO uses the Cigna Dental Care Access Plus network (no out-of-network coverage). The DPPOs use the Total Cigna PPO network (includes out-of-network coverage). Reminder: you will pay more for using out-of-network providers if electing a DPPO.
