When Alera Group benefits might otherwise end for you and/or your dependents (e.g., when your Alera Group employment ends), you may be eligible to elect to continue coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents for certain health care benefits through COBRA (the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act).
