Alera Group Benefits Center (administered by Businessolver)
This is where you elect and manage most of your Alera Group benefits:
- Choose your Alera Group benefits as a new hire and during Open Enrollment, including your health care and other insurance benefits, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
- Find your costs for benefits.
- Make certain allowable changes after a qualifying life event, such as adding a new spouse or child to your coverage (changes must be made within 30 days of the event such as marriage or birth/adoption).
- Designate your beneficiaries for Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance and Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance.
- Review your benefits elections.
- Access detailed plan/policy documents and legal notices.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (administered by Principal)
This is where you manage your Alera Group 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan account:
- Start/change your contributions.
- Check your balance.
- Manage your investments.
- Make sure you’re on track to meet your retirement financial goals.
- Designate your 401(k) account beneficiary.

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) (administered by AleraPay, powered by AleraEdge)
This is where you manage your HSA and FSAs:
- Check your balance(s).
- Submit claims/receipts for reimbursement.
- Send payments.
- Report a lost or stolen card.
Under Participant Log In, select AleraPay and follow the prompts.
