You pay the full cost for this coverage through after-tax payroll deductions. You can find your costs when you enroll through the Alera Group Benefits Center.

Accident insurance pays a lump-sum cash benefit when you or your covered family members suffer injuries sustained in an accident. This benefit is in addition to any accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) benefit you may receive.
Accident insurance also provides you with an annual “Be Well” cash benefit of $50 per calendar year when you receive eligible health screenings and preventive care.
