They also provide peace of mind, knowing that you and your family are protected in times of illness or injury.
Alera Group provides an array of medical plan design options, prices and carriers to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of colleagues and their families. You have the flexibility to choose coverage that suits you and your family best. All of the options include prescription drug coverage and 100% coverage for in-network preventive care.
You can choose medical coverage for yourself and your dependents as a new hire and during Open Enrollment through the Alera Group Benefits Center. You may be able to update your election within 30 days of a qualifying life event (such as marriage or birth/adoption).
You and the company share in the cost of medical coverage. You pay your share through pre-tax payroll contributions (except for domestic partner coverage, which is post-tax). You can find your specific costs for the options available to you when you make your choices through the Alera Group Benefits Center.
