In all of these options:
- Coverage includes in-network and out-of-network care, with higher benefits paid for in-network care.
- You are not required to choose a primary care physician (PCP) or obtain referrals to see specialists in any of these plan options.
- You receive 100% coverage for preventive care when using in-network providers, with no deductible.
- Prescription drug coverage is provided through Premera.
- Care Coordination is provided through Premera.
- Expert Medical Guidance and Second Opinions is provided through Included Health.
- Virtual Care Services are available through Premera.
