Pelvic Health Support

Pelvic health care impacts both body and mind but it is often ignored or overlooked. Bloom is an innovative digital pelvic therapy solution for women developed by Sword Health. It helps address pelvic health issues through all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

The Basics

How It Works

Bloom, developed by Sword Health, connects you to a Pelvic Health Specialist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. After a virtual consult, your specialist will customize an exercise program for you using biofeedback from a personal pod and mobile app — providing 1-on-1 guidance, support and insights every step of the way. Watch the explainer video.

What You Pay

Bloom is available at no cost to female colleagues enrolled in an Alera Group medical plan with UHC, BCBS, or Surest. There’s no copay or referral required.
