All of the Alera Group medical plan options include virtual care services. If you’re enrolled in a Blue Cross Blue Shield or UnitedHealthcare medical plan, you’ll use Included Health. If you're enrolled in the Surest medical plan, you'll have the option to use Included Health or Surest's own virtual primary care network of providers. If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan, you will use Kaiser’s virtual care.
You and your covered dependents can visit with a doctor, therapist, or medical expert by phone or video from anywhere.

Access virtual care services 24/7 when you need care for non-urgent and common conditions, such as rash, cold, cough, sore throat, or sinus problems. Providers diagnose, treat, and prescribe medicine if needed. Note: Virtual care services are not for emergencies. In the event of an emergency, such as significant chest pain, choking, or severe burn, call 9-1-1.

Virtual care isn’t just for physical health. You can also connect with a licensed therapist virtually for mental health support through Spring Health (up to 12 coaching sessions per year, at no cost to you) or through your medical plan administrator.
